[ Application ] GFX Designer and/or Game Master

Basic Introduction :
Hi, My name is Lisa Tran and I am here today to apply for an open Game Master position. I think you all know me very well, but just in case ; I am a 13 year old girl who likes to help the community, although I don't love it, I like to help other people because hearing the word "Thanks Lisa" or a simple "thanks" really makes my day. In game, I am called diino, because I haven't told anyone my real name yet ( in game ), or maybe because no one bothers to read my surprisingly short introduction. I am not a spoiled, stuck up bitch like what my "friends" have told me, but I am a helpful young girl who loves to see the community and to see people smile back at me, even if they're just pixelated images of huge mouthy, teethy smiles. c:

Extra information :
I have been playing Maplestory for 2 years, on and off. The reason is because all the private servers have changed, the community just isn't the same anymore. I hope I can help this server rise to the top and help Alex get more players for his server. I live in Montréal, Canada, and I do speak french, but I'm not very good at it.

How long can you stay on?
Normally, I can stay on for a few hours, 6 at the most. On fridays, My mom usually lets me sleep at my brother's apartment, so I do an all nighter. But you know, its always fun to have a Game Master around, no matter how long you can be on for.

Why would you like to be a Game Master Lisa?
I would like to become a Game Master for Nightmare MS because it is such an honor just to be in the community, with people smiling at you and always saying "hai" or "hello," I just wonder what it would be like if I was at a higher level, would people still like me as a Game Master? Would they feel the same way? Obvious questions, but the answer would always be a simple yes, and I don't want that. I want to see and feel the whole picture, how it would feel like if I gave someone a prize for winning something, How it would feel for people to "stand" around me and ask for an event benignly.

What would you do if there was a problem?
If there was a problem with the players, then I would swoop in and look for the best solution, taking my time and patience to help the person fully, not like some people who just say the obvious answer that does not work most of the time. If someone said that they would just look for the answer right away , then they wouldn't be spending the most time to look for the best solution. It also depends on what kind of problems it is, I can't be pro at everything, so if there was a problem and I didn't know the solution, I kindly ask another Game Master/Admin to take care of the problem for me.

What about hackers?
Ah, hackers. The best part of being a Game Master, to hunt down people who're being illegit and disrespecting server rules ( since there are no rules in this server lets just say hacking. lol. ) If somebody was hacking, I'd take at least 2-3 screenies and save them on my computer, that way, if they try to appeal I'll have the proof and they'd be so ashamed. Watching people be sad when they did something really wrong is always so fun to me. c: Anyways, if there was an accomplice, a person who knew that they were hacking and didn't even bother to report it, well I'd warn them, and the second time I catch them then they'd get banned. "But why Lisa? They weren't even hacking! :O gasp!" Well, because they were with the person while they were hacking, and they were standing there, watching him hack, I have a very strict no tolerance rule, but since they weren't hacking, that's the reason why I'd warn them first.

Players, and how to deal with them.
Players, the only thing that can make a server really good. I respect players as if they were like a Game Master themselves, but when they ask for something they did not work for, I will not give it to them. People always thing that "High rated' servers always have the easiest way, well they don't, you still have to work for the things you want, and a lot of people ignore that. I will not give anyone anything unless they won it in an event legitamately (sp?), and some players don't realize that, but if they keep smega-ing me or whispering me for items, I couldn't care less. Then people say that the Game Master's are the lazy ones, well, in this server, they are, it's really easy to get a lot of things in this server.

What do you do for GFX, and how long does it take to complete a task?
Well, for GFX, I can do anything, make a website layout, sigs, banners anything that doesn't include videos, cause I hate making videos. D: I use Photoshop to make my graphics, and only because I'm already use to it so its easier for me, if I switched to another program like CS4, I'd be so confused and it'd take a lot longer for me to make the graphics. It usually takes me a few hours to make a banner, depending on how complicated it is, I need to know what colors, what information to put on it, then I make a design plan to make sure everything fits. For larger projects, it should take me around a few days max.

Ptsh. No o____o I've made wayyy too many friends here, and besides, why would I quit? I have no where else to go, cause this is the only server I'll be playing for a veryy long time. c;
